The starting point was a snapshot of a very disgruntled Dino being given a bath in a sink. The photo was just a few inches square, and it was great fun to blow it up to such a large scale. It seemed a bit startling to see the green eyes from the flash bulb rendered this large, but of course they had to stay!

This piece was the blue ribbon winner in the painting division of the fine arts display at the Santa Clara County Fair. (Dino was not amused.)
